  • What is your notice period?

    We have a 14 day notice period, which means you’ll be required to vacate your unit on the 14th day.

  • Do I need to take insurance out for my belongings?

    You will need to purchase “protection” cover via the booking system to the value that you feel is appropriate for the goods you are storing.

  • What security do you have onsite?

    Once a booking is made, you will be given the access code to the gate on our outside entrance. We have 24-hour interior and exterior CCTV in operation and StoreMe is surrounded by a secure, high fenced perimeter.


    The lock to your storage unit is unique and you are the only person who has the keys for this lock.

  • What are your opening hours?

    Our opening hours are from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. 7 days a week. If you require access outside of these hours you can speak with one of the team and we are certain that we can accommodate your needs.

  • Do I have to pay a deposit?

    Payment will be made upon booking.

  • What is not included in the cost?

    You will need to purchase a lock from us or buy one yourself. Protection cover is added during the booking process. If you wish to have your own protection cover we will need to see proof of this before your goods can be stored on site. 

  • Do you price match?

    Yes. We also check that our prices are inline with our competitors. We are happy to discuss prices, if you do find a comparable solution within a 10-mile radius of our location.

  • Will the price increase over time?

    Once you have booked with us the price you pay for your unit will remain fixed for 12 months. We will review all prices annually. 

  • What security does StoreMe have in place?

    Nest Farm is accessed through a security gate at the entrance on the main road. The warehouse and yard are fully fenced within the bund. You will have your own fob to gain access to the security gate and then to the warehouse. Your self-storage unit or steel container will then have its own padlock (purchased from us or supplied by the customer). We have 24 hour CCTV both within the warehouse and around the yard space. 

  • Can we purchase packing materials from you?

    We offer a wide range of packing materials, which can be purchased onsite.

  • Do you monitor who is onsite at StoreMe?

    Yes, this is monitored through our CCTV system.

  • Is there an offloading area?

    We have a generous offloading area at the front of our purpose-built facility, providing direct and easy access to your storage unit.

  • Are there trolleys onsite?

    Yes, we have trolleys that make offloading and storing an easy process.

  • What is the best way to bring my belongings to StoreMe?

    This all depends on what you are placing in store! Most of our customers use their car, but for larger items, you may want to rely on the use of a vehicle hire services.

  • What is included in the weekly cost?

    For our individually priced units you will have a secure, indoor, accessible storage unit, for as long as you require.
